Refund policy

Customized Products

We do not offer refunds on customized products.

Each custom hat or product is crafted to meet your specific preferences, making them unique and non-reusable. Consequently, returns or refunds for custom items are not available.

However, if your product arrives damaged or is not what was approved on the final proof,  please notify our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order.

NOTE: Items must remain unworn and in original condition for return consideration. Upon validation of your claim, we will expedite a replacement order and provide a return label.

Ready-Made Products

We offer a 15-day return policy for ready-made items. You have 15 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return your package. Please note that items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
