THE WEST EFKT SHIPPING POLICY:
We take tremendous pride in the products we craft. Please accept longer processing times, as every step is essential to ensure that the final product is of high quality and meets your expectations. 

ORDER PROCESSING:
Depending on the complexity of the design, please allow 7-14 days to process your order. Expect an email within 14-15 days to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.

Delivery can range between 5-10 days depending on the shipping method chosen. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES [Refund Policy]
We accept returns on ready-made products up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, with the same packaging, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

We do not accept returns on customized products as these are tailored to the customer's preferences and cannot be reused.

In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@thewestefkt.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please review our Refund Policy.
